The intention with Savantage consulting is to facilitate the growth and provide innovative solutions to the business community based on both spiritual and business principles. Savantage has been able to draw on a community for consultants currently providing business consulting to industry leaders in the South-African region, with customers based internationally. Part of the Savantage process, is the ability to network, liaise and provide consulting services based on supernatural realms of understanding, enabling business success.

The aim is provide business with keys to unlock their profit potential, not just based on Christian principles, but founded and rooted in Solid business practice. The client does not need to profess any belief system, however the client needs to understand that a key part of the Savantage consulting process involves spiritual activity.

The Process

An initial meeting is held to understand the current business situation, and what the current pitfalls and decisions are that needs to be taken. This initial discovery process, also helps the team to understand which team members will be appropriate, and what the consulting process needs to be to resolve and provide positive business impact.

After the discover process the following matters needs to be clear:

  • What is the expected outcome of the consultation?
  •  Is there any NDA or MOU documents that need to be completed?
  • What is the terms of the commercial agreement, and what will the remuneration be for the consulting process.
  • What is the duration of the process, what will the interactions look like, and which consultation processes need to followed to provide actionable information?

The Consulting then moves into the Second Phase

The group then spends time with the owner or owners of the business to provide some understanding of the situation.

This process could involve a courtroom process or a mind of Christ process.

  • ·       The client might be more inclined to revert back after the spiritual processes.
Feedback process ( Team )
  • A private meeting is scheduled to discuss the different issues regarding the business, and what the possible solutions could be for these problems.
  • The team, based on the spiritual processes and technologies that happened in the consultation, also provides feedback.
  • The team facilitators then note all the insight that is provided, and the possible metaphoric interpretation of these “visions”

Crafting of Solution / Generation of business ideas

The business team meets to discuss the findings, and then translate some of this into actions and measurable business goals and metrics.

This is then vetted by a team of professional business people, to ensure the findings are based on sound business principles, and makes sense in terms of global best practice, ensuring that the advice makes logical sense, and is understandable to all parties.

Solution discussion ( Client with Senior Team )

The solution is then provided and presented to the client, by the senior management team, based on the work that been done, and the question session that was held.

This workshop environment, enables the business owners to give feedback, as questions and understand the possible solutions for the situation that needs to be actioned in real life situations.

The outcomes of the initial meeting is discussed with the client, to make sure there is enough detail and practical examples and information to make the right business decisions, and that the correct actions are taken.

Although there will be measurable outcomes based on the initial business discovery and problem statement, the reality is that Savantage can not provide any guarantees for results at the solution provided is based on ever changing business circumstances.


The execution of the changes, and the implementation of the solutions is also based on the skills, and the labor available to the specific client, and hence the execution may lack the expected results as suggested by the consulting process.
